Dreams - Clydebank

Derrick was fantastic start to finish. Unfortunately the bed we wanted was exclusive to Carpetright, but we were so happy with Derrick's service we ended up buying a pillow (Tempur). The store itself needs a bit of a touch up, but Derrick himself admitted it is undergoing a re-fit.

Jon was very attentive; & understanding towards my specific requirements. Good knowledge of products & good customer service.

The salesman (Jon) was fantastic. He gave us space to talk and didn't pressure is at all. He was friendly and took time to understand what we needed-even though we kept changing our minds!

Shop Assistant was very knowledgeable regarding mattress and steered me in the right direction for the mattres I needed because I have problems with my hips and back.

Elaine was excellent, welcoming us as we entered the store and taking us straight to the right area. She allowed us time alone to discuss things and was on hand when required. The coffee she supplied was really welcome.

We were welcomed from the moment we walked into the store. Staff were friendly and extremely helpful. Elaine Fox was the Dreams Colleague that looked after our needs today. She was completely AWESOME at her job! She knew the products, showed us to lots of different mattresses and gave us the time we needed to try each one to ensure we chose the correct one. Amazing!!!

Derrick at Dreams was very helpful. He had a very good knowledge of the beds and mattresses available. I would have no hesitation in recommending Derrick and Dreams to friends and family.
