I told Jon what we were looking for in a mattress and he gave me several choices explained in detail every thing about the mattress that we felt as ease and not pressured in anyway any questions was answered

The sales person was helpful and allowed us the time and space to make a decision we wanted to make not what he wanted us to make

the staff was helpful and friendly and not pushy. they gave us plenty of time to try out the products and make up your minds. the store was bright and fresh.

The friendliness of the staff, the knowledge of the products from the staff and the store layout, and also the time to choose the bed without being pressured from the staff was outstanding.

Efficient salesman. Good quality of products.

Staff were very friendly and helpful, giving us plenty of assistance but also a good amount of time to try out different mattresses to find our comfort level. Staff work well together and the store is very clean and well laid out, and we received plenty of information about the products we were looking at.

Jon in clydebank store was very helpfull ,i was only in looking but i will certainly be back to purchase my new bed in a couple of weeks i didnt fell under any presure to buy which is very rare these days . great store and nice staff Anne george

Gerry the sales assistant was very knowledgeable with regard to his product and explained the benefits of each bed we looked at. Service was par excellent.

Assistant knew about the products and advised me and made the purchase more simple

called in advance to enquire about availability of a particular product. Elaine at the Clydebank Store was very helpful and offered good advice and additional information regarding special offers on other in-store products. This resulted in me making additional purchases which I was not really considering.
