Staff were very welcoming, offering tea when I arrived. Explained the different styles and price ranges. Very knowledgeable. The customer service was great and there was a nice atmosphere in the shop. The staff seem to have plenty of time to spend with you if you need it and there is no rush or 'hard sell', which I was relieved about.

The Assistant(Elaine) I was dealing with through everything was off(who I must say was very professional,efficient and a confident assistant, who Knew all about her products that she sold) But Derrek stepped in and helped and carried on helping me choose and test the mattress for my Tv Bed, he went through everything and also got me to try the Tempur relaxation room, which I thought was really relaxing. He also helped me with the financing of my tv bed, which I took and thought it was really good that it was 0% interest which I liked, not a lot of company's give you that option, which was good. My overal experience of your clydebank Store was excellent and I would defiantly recommend to friends and come back again.

Visited one day and got required info from assistant who was knowledgable. Not sure at that time if I really needed new bed for spare room. Returned another day and purchased the bed. Assistant was helpful and friendly.

We had been let down by a previous bed store so decided to try Dreams. Your staff were incredibly helpful and not at all pushy. Gerry. Understood our budget and helped us get what we were looking for.

The experience in store was very relaxed where myself and my wife weren't being forced into buying anything at any time. The sales staff were very friendly and also extremely knowledgeable about the products.

The transaction went very smoothly.

The salesman, was very knowledgeable, helpful and patient, I tried several types of mattresses, which he recommended. Also I had my 2 year old graddaughter with me, who is a bundle of energy, and joy............and he was extremely engaging with her.

As soon as we entered store we were greeted by a very friendly lady and she introduced herself as Elaine Fox and asked us what we were looking for that day she then showed us round a number of different beds as we were looking to buy a mattress,she said we were welcome to lie on the beds to see what was comfy and supportive for our needs we were also giving a tempur pillow to try which was wonderful looking forward to receiving our new mattress. P.s We were also offered a cup of coffee which we were very grateful for and it was lovely.

Dean was very knowledgable abot the different product and spent a great deal of time encouraging us to try out the different mattressess
