Highly satisfied due to the ease and speed of the experience. We were served by Derrick and he was courteous and guided us to what we were looking for. He was not intrusive and allowed us to walk round the showroom before returning to ask if we had seen anything of interest. Very pleased with the service given, we tend to be turned off if anyone is too pushy/follows us around a store. Derrick also looked after our twin daughters and this was a nice touch as he will have realised if they played up we would have been under pressure to either make a decision or leave the store.

Assistant Elaine Fox was welcoming and friendly without being pushy. She assisted us by explaining all the different styles of bed to suit our needs and gave us plenty of time to make our decision. It was a relaxed shopping experience and we were offered tea/coffee which was a nice touch on a cold day. Finance arrangements were all explained in detail giving us plenty of choice as to how we wished to pay for our purchase therefore we would have no hesitation in returning to the store or recommending them to friends/family.

I am disabled and needed a lot of information to help me decide which product was best for me as I dont sleep due to pain and discomfort also great difficulty getting in and out of bed . Both assistance in clydebank store where patient and understanding of my needs, and helped me pick best choice for me iT was so refreshing to find assistance that did not make me feel a burden or invisible Both my children are moving home and I have recommended your company to them also to friends keep up the good work as most companies don't spend anytime with customers they try to get as many sales in a day as possible and don't care if its what customers need or not I know that may sound harsh but its how I feel .thanking you mrs lorraine brown

I visited your Clydebank store about half an hour before closing, I was assisted by your sales advisor Elaine as well as the manager (who's name unfortunately I don't know). I purchased an ottoman bed frame that was ex display as there were none left in stock and was given all the information regarding it it as well as how the guarantee worked, delivery etc. After completing the paperwork and payment it was well past closing time, at no time did they try to rush me. They were courteous and humorous and I would definitely return to the store if I was considering another purchase.

My husband and I have an 11 month old active baby, they included them and made us all feel at home, made us a coffee and spent time with us listening to what we were after and helped us with all the bed and storage options.

Had previously shopped with one of your rivals and had had bad experience in the process. They promised one thing but did every thing possible to avoid dealing with a genuine complaint. Their staff attitude was insincere, rude and un-help full during the sale and delivery process. By contrast your staff (Gerry) introduced himself, listened to our requirements and set about satisfying our needs. He showed great knowledge of the products and answered all questions in great detail and made sensible recommendations.

Went in to price a new bed and mattress, Gerry let us know he was there introduced himself and let us look around without pressure. After having a quick look round i approached Gerry to ask some questions about the storage beds, he showed us those available and when finding one i was keen on he was able to answer all of our questions and was knowledgable and approachable. I didn't feel pressured or that i was an inconvenience given it was approaching the end of the day. Gerry arranged everything easily and even noticed that my wife and i were discussing getting a new duvet, he pointed out that many of the duvets in store were half priced and asked if we would like a look, we accepted and left with a great new duvet for our new bed. Gerry was great throughout.

New what I was looking for and told sales person and deal was done when he showed us the products

As soon as we arrived in the store we were attended to right away and given the information we were looking for which led to the purchase of two single beds plus mattress. Supplied with the delivery date that we required. Which was very satisfactory.
