Gerry the assistant was friendly , informative and very efficient. They was no pushy sales pitch and although he gave us the usual extra options he did not bore us to death or sound like a robot.

a lovely welcome from staff, very attentive asked what type of bed we were after then showed us a selection of beds, had great knowledge of product. staff were quick to put the order through and arrranging a delivery date that suited my needs.

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. We were offered a cup of tea when welcomed to the store which was very nice. There was a wide variety of types of mattresses and bedframes and we came out knowing exactly what we had bought.

The staff made me feel very welcome and understood what it was I was looking for, there was a sample of what I wanted in store therefore I was able to get confidence in the quality of the product.

The man who i delt with was professional, friendy and knew what he was talking about, he helped me pick the perfect bed and i have highly recommended him to everyone

From the minute we entered the store we were greeted and made aware where help was and just to ask once we had perused the products. I particularly liked the way the sales persons approach was subtle and non-obtrusive. When we did make him aware we needed assistance I was overwhelmed at both how helpful he was but also how well he knew the products he was talking about whilst asking the right questions to steer us towards a few excellent choices and all done in a very professional manner.

Very helpful and knowlegable assistant. Gerry was able to answer our questions and explain the differnce in matresses and bases and went over all options available for underbed storage so that our specific needs could be met. He was not pushy or pressing and allowed us time to make an informed decision,

Your salesman Jon McKnight was a pleasure to do business with he took his time explained everything and made sure we were happy with our choice you couldn't ask for more from a salesman cheers

Jon the sales assistant at the branch in Clydebank was only assistant in shop and had a few customers waiting he was very pleasant and helpful and had a smile on face

in store assistance by Jon. very knowledgeable on products and showed us the range we were looking for and explained all the differences.
