All my bed related needs where quickly met due to the knowledge of the staff.

Went in looking for an ottoman bed choice of two and the employee helped choose the one fitting our needs

Jon who processed my purchase remembered me from a previous visit when I made a purchase and was very easy to deal with.

The member of staff let me know he was there with a nod and a smile . Left me in piece ot have a look around did not rush in but I always knew he was waiting to help when I was taking a look at the first bed that I had looked at he then came over and told me about the bed an asked what was I looking for with a pressure or pushing it get me to buy as soon as I feel that I walk out . His collage even offered ne a cuppa before I had even decided to buy again I felt no pressure . Was explained about the different firmness and sizes as I could not make up my mind going from a king wanting a single my kids saying to get a double the gent understood my confusion and ended up with a small double . He was so friendly and helpful

Highly satisfied with the service received although a charge of £39 for disposal and £39 delivery was a bit much.

I was made to feel at ease and under no pressure

Having been to the store previously to look at products available, I returned to complete my purchase. I was offered a hot drink, and snack. Derrick remembered what I had been looking for, and was able to explain the details to his colleague Gerry. Arranging the finance and delivery was surprisingly quick and easy, and left feeling entirely happy with my purchase.

Friendly informative staff who explained the differing aspects of the various products. There was no aggressive selling which would have turned me off any purchase.

No pressure from salespeople shop was well set out and salesmen were very knowledgeable of all products
