Competent and confident advisor, clear and unambiguous signage. Jon McNight, the advisor, spent a good deal of time offering advice on the various products on sale which aided our decision. He discreetly excused himself to allow private time for discussion which is, on reflection very professional. The varied products on show, complimented by potential pillows and advisory literature aided the selection. At no time were we directed to a particular mattress but advised on the relative benefits based on our own needs particularly 'aches and pains'

A very nice ambiance instore, we were not followed or intimidated by staff (unlike some stores!) We were asked if we needed help then left to browse. After selecting a bed I needed info regarding the huge range of mattresses, this was given in an informative manner as to me it was a minefield! Lots of help and no pressure also we were given very nice coffee. :)
