Dreams - Clydebank

As soon as I entered the store the assistant was busy at her desk so I went to her and asked for assistance she immediately got up and asked how she could help. Her knowledge of the bed and mattress I was looking for was fantastic she explained the difference between mattresses and suggested which one would suit my needs. She was polite and friendly and explained everything thoroughly. This is not my first visit to the store and it won't be my last as each time I have been looking for beds etc I have always found the staff in this branch particularly helpful and patient and friendly and very proffessional.

I was really happy with my purchase from dreams and each time we visited the staff were extremely helpful. They spent lots of time making sure we had the product that was right for us.

Derrick, your salesman, was very knowledgeable about all your products. He listened to my requirements patiently and attentively and then showed us suitable beds etc., He did not hassle us and gave us time to discuss things between ourselves but was always on hand to answer any queries.

THE STAFF, GERRY, WAS EXTREMELY PROFESSIONAL IN EXPLAINING ALL ASPECTS OF THE PURCHASE IN GREAT DETAIL. THE BEST SALES PERSON I HAVE SEEN IN MANY YEARS TO THE EXTENT THAT I WILL USE DREAMS AGAIN IN THE FUTURE. THIS WAS MY FIRST PURCHASE IN DREAMS AND WILL NOT BE MY LAST. WELL DONE..

Elaine the sales assistant was very attentive and patient and helped me explore all my options. She didn't even flinch when I changed the mattress in the end. I would go to her again. Nice lady even laughed at my jokes. She made me feel at ease.

We had already looked at various websites concerning our purchase, and Dreams was the one we chose. We were not disappointed with our choice.

I found the staff to be very helpful taking lots of time to go over all of the various options making sure that we had all of the information that we needed to make our choice. We were not rushed into making any decisions.

Helpful considerate staff

My mum is 90 years of age and was purchasing a bed. She was shown a lot of courtesy from Dreams colleague Gerry who took time to show her the range of beds available to her. Everything was explained in detail and nothing appeared to be too much trouble. I would have no hesitation in returning to this shop if I require a bed/mattress in the future.

Assistant very helpful. Got items looking for and delivery time met our needs.
