Dreams - Clydebank

The assistant was very helpful and answered all our questions very well and was friendly and no waiting around.

We went into Dreams to look for a new mattress, the sales assistant Gerry was very friendly and knowledgeable, he talked us through what the different mattresses were and then left us to try different ones out. He was very helpful indeed but not pushy at all.

The sales person, Elaine Fox at the Clydebank store was excellent. She explained the colour coding for mattresses and was there to answer our questions and explain the differences between the mattresses. She gave us time to try out the various mattresses on our own and was never pushy. She let us take our time to come to our decision. She was friendly, knowledgeable and professional. All in all shopping for our new mattress at your store was a very pleasureable experience.

Jon McKnight, the assistant who took our order was very informative and enthusiastic about the quality of the beds we were considering. It made our decision to chose a bed far easier than we were expecting. We look forward to receiving the bed towards the end of April.

The customer service was to a high standard and Elaine the store colleague was right up to date with what was best for me and was very pleasant. She went through all the different options that were available and gave me full understanding of each product which helped me choose the best product which suited me.

Jon was extremely helpful and helped us with what we required. Any issues we did have he sorted out for us. Also Jon wasn't pushy and was accepting of us to leave and come back into the clydebank shop again (as it was a lot of money that we were speaking in store).

I found the staff very helpful in the store and took time to show a variety of mattresses to ensure we bought the correct product for our comfort. The prices seemed expensive but when all taken into account they were actually very good value for money. Dreams also offer a recycling service which is great as this saves hassle for the customer and means we don't have to go without a bed to sleep on as the bed can stay till the day of arrival of the new bed.

Incredibly friendly and highly knowledgeable staff. Who also put up with our 2 kids running about.😃

My family went to dream store we looking bed which comes in all dismental products .we saw some beds which was not suitable for my attic converation then one of staff told us this bed scomes in dismental parts which was suitable for us and they told about the matress which was very good we can take eadily to our attic consverter. They fully satified us for all bed and furniture. Thanks.

Because Jon who served us knew the products and guided us through our choice without us feeling pressured.A relaxed atmosphere made it easier to make our choice.
