Was served by manager Mark in-store. He was friendly, professional and knowledgable about his products. Although he was under pressure due to staffing issues, he was apologetic, efficient and spent time helping us choose the right products.

Having been given a grant from the beatson cancer charity to help buy a new mattress to help with my recovery, dreams had the best options available. The sales assistant was brilliant at helping me choose the best option suitable for my needs.
