Dreams - Clydebank

My partners dreads shopping for a bed and whole embarrassment of testing them. We were made to feel very welcome, received a lovely cup of tea and make to feel completely relaxed while Jon explained the various mattress to us, as we tested them. Product knowledge was excellent and the other salesmen in the store were also friendly and helpful

We were only looking for a base and you offer that service unlike others. Quality of base better than others we have seen too.

Staff were helpful, polite&knowledgeable about products. Also offered me assistance in testing products due to me having mobility problems.

The assistant, Elaine, was very knowledgeable about all the products. She took time to explain about the various types of bed and mattresses available. She also took time to get a pillow that suited me and allowed me to lie on and test beds. She was extremely friendly and helpful. I was pleased and returned the next day to place the order having discussed it all with my husband who was too ill to attend the store.

We were greeted and helped by Elaine and Mark at the Clyde bank store in Glasgow. We were both given a cup of coffee and were able to try al the mattresses we wanted. Elaine asked what pillows we normally used so she could find similar so that we could get that "in our bed" feeling. We were very impressed by her and she was able to answer al our questions, Mark too when he joined in. It felt like we knew these two :)

The staff were very helpful and very friendly, they made me feel very comfortable so much so that I bought more than I was going to . I was going to shop around but found the prices in |Dreams very good.
