As soon as I walked in, I was greeted by Mark who asked if I needed any help. I knew what I was looking for and he was able to show me the beds that I was after. Mark suggested other beds which were similar or had more support and gave me in depth explanations of each bed, what they were made of (pocket sprung, memory foam etc) & helped my make my choice. I was able to use the screens in store to read customer reviews on the products I was interested in. I was offered a coffee which was gratefully received after having a long journey to get there (1 1/4 hrs). The bed that I wanted had a too longer lead time for delivery as I needed a bed for Friday 5th Aug. Mark had a look at which beds were available for delivery for that date & within my price range and we found the bed which I purchased. Overall, highly satisfied with the service, knowledge and excellent customer care.

GERRY THE DREAMS COLLEAGUE WAS VERY GOOD AT EXPLAINING EVERYTHING AND HE TOOK HIS TIME . HE WENT IN TO GREAT DETAIL OF THE PRODUCTS AND HE OFFERED US A CUP OF COFFEE. OVERALL 10 OUT OF 10.

Myself and my partner had decided on a new mattress and had just visited a benson for beds store where the assistance was less than interested even though we were willing to spend £800 on a mattress there was no advice or guidance given so we decided to leave and head to dreams to compare...... From entering the dreams store to leaving it was a pleasure.... Our assistant Elaine was fab and her customer service was amazing.... She gave us advice and helped us choose the right product for us without being too in our faces hard sell.... It's difficult to find stores now we here customer service is the main focus... I was very impressed with dreams and Elaine really made it a perfect experience for us with her honest and sincere service.... Cannot wait to try out our new mattress. Our sales assistant Gerry was extremely friendly, knowledgeable and keen to help. He explained in great detail the difference between the mattress types but gave us space and time to make our decision without any pressure. He explained that bedding, pillows etc were on special offer. A salesman you can be proud of
