Staff knowledgeable and eager to help, but gave us enough time alone to browse. Good selection, not too much to make it confusing but a good range of choices.

Jon, was polite patient and thorough in assisting my wife and I select the perfect bed. His product knowledge was second to none and explained the difference between the many mattresses to us, he guided us without influencing us to the correct product. My daughter (10yrs) fell in love with the pillow I selected for the comfort trials, despite deciding not to purchase pillows, Jon gifted her one as part of the sale, His offer of tea,coffee or bottled water was again welcomed as it did take us a good hour and a half to pick our Dream bed. Jon made the whole process enjoyable covering every aspect of satisfaction with our purchase, Jon is a true credit to your sales staff.

As i was effectively a new customer, shopping for my first mattress, myself & my girlfriend were not exactly sure what we were looking for. Upon arrival at the store, Jon was very knowledgeable & helpful in explaining the different mattresses/colour systems that were available & catering to our needs. We were offered drinks & made to feel very comfortable straight from the off. after testing a few mattresses we finally agreed on the type that we like. Jon then showed us to the different choices that were available for the type we wanted, even offering us pillows to create a proper simulated sleep! Once we had agreed on the mattress we wanted, Jon then explained the finance options available to us, ensuring we fully knew the options available to us. I returned on Saturday morning to purchase the mattress, again being greeted by Jon & being offered a drink (took him up on a bottle of water!). the purchase process was very smooth & easy from a customer perspective - even taking away a couple of the cool pillows! I cannot wait for my mattress to be delivered & can honestly say, if i require another mattress any time soon, that i would not hesitate using dreams again!

Jon the salesman couldn't have been more helpful, gave the relevant advice needed. He introduced himself and said to let him know if he could be of assistance which I liked as in other shops they can be overbearing try to get a sale. Very polite and friendly felt comfortable with his assistance.

The staff were helpful and attentive. THe salesman was very patient and informative and was not pushy at all.

Was served today by Jon McKnight. Jon was very helpful and knew the Tempur products very well. I had done a lot of research prior to visiting the store, but wanted to actually try the Tempur Hybrid mattress before making a purchase. Jon was able to establish that I wasn't interested in spending a long time running through the product and I was looking to make a quick purchase. I was offered a drink and was made aware of all the services and given honest advice about guarantees/warranties etc. Jon was able to price match the mattress and arrange delivery within a week which was great considering the competitor was only able to offer a 14-day delivery. I left the store well informed and had only been in the store about 20-30 minutes which was ideal. Thanks!

I was well pleased with the bed frame and mattress and the staff member who helped us, he basically got me to try each mattress out before I made a decision, your staff were very knowledgeable about their products,he took his time to explain differences in each of the mattresses that we had looked at, they were polite and courteous offered us hot or cold drinks, explained any questions that we had, we left your store with a lot more knowledge about beds and will definitely be passing our experience on to family and friends, great store and great staff!. We will certainly be back in the future.

The salesperson, Jon McKnight was very courteous and helpful. He explained all types of mattresses to me indicating the colour system on the wall and he then helped me to try out a variety of mattresses. He was pleasant and knowledgeable about the various products. He was supportive and not pushy.
