Jon Mcknight, was very helpful and he knows how to handle customers, he gave us a thorough explanation of the product and we ended up buying more than what we went for. Good customer service i would say. Was really really impressed finding someone who does a good job like him. Well done Jon.

The colleague, Jon McKnight, was very friendly and courteous. He listened to what I was looking for and directed me to the best options for my requirements. He had a very good knowledge of the products and explained these in a way which was easy to understand. He explained everything about the service provided, delivery and recycling of my old bed ensuring that I understood what was covered and would happen on delivery.

on arrival to the store we asked for specific mattress and was pleased to find it within minutes, the staff couldn't do anymore to help us.

ELaine at the Clydebank branch was very knowledgeable about the products available in the store as well as being most helpful and friendly as was Mike . We were provided with coffee and felt that the staff took time to understand our requirements and gave us very good assistance.

Salesperson was very attentive and ensured our order was placed quickly and accurately.

(while we were just looking) We dealt with Jon initially who was fantastic in knowledge of the product and matching our needs to your products. He was day off the day we placed the purchase so dealt with Gerry thereafter. He was amazing. Elaine was around and made us a cup of tea/coffee while we continued to browse. To be perfectly honest with you it was a pleasure spending money with you. We would definitely recommend that store (Clydebank/Springer, Glasgow) to all and sundry. My husband actually said as we left: They made parting with money a pleasure.

Great range of bedroom furniture, friendly knwldgeable and attentive service from all staff.

Sales assistant was extremely helpful and took time with us on two separate visits to the store, both on the same day. Even though our return visit was close to closing time, never felt rushed in any way.
