Dreams - Clydebank

We visited late on a Sunday afternoon. We were attended too immediately and courteously. We explained the issues with our current bed and were shown various options. All of them were excellent and the salesperson's product knowledge was superb. Despite being close to closing time we never felt pressured into making a choice. After about an hour we concluded our order and were very satisfied with the service to date.

My first visit to dreams met by a very nice and friendly assistant called Elaine showed me products and assisted me in choosing a suitable product Very impressed with all at dreams and will certainly revisit in future and recommend store to anyone that is looking for beds and bedding

well first all I do not live in that area but received assistance and shown how to get back to my own town, at the first time I entered dreams store I was approached by the sale person who really helped me to find out what I was looking for, he explainned and give option to choose what ever suit my needs. That makes feel I am the one being in control. I was offered a coffee or water eventhrough I did not took it , however I was touched due to the fact that you do not recieve a coffee offer in other shop my fourniture was carried out by staff to my car. I do rreally appreciate that and say thank you to Jon for his disponibility.

The assistant was friendly polite and very helpful he was also very knowlegable about the products

wen i went into the store i was asked right away if i would like tea or coffee and was served in no time by mark who was very nice assistant .

The service was great did not keep bothering you like other places and answered your questions when needed and explained things really well.

I was able to look around without the staff following and asking if I needed help constantly. When I needed to ask about anything staff was very helpful.
