We were met by Mark with a friendly welcome Mark made us more comfortable by explaining all options and he didn't rush us or make us feel like we had to make a purchase

I was more than satisfied with the service provided by Elaine . She answered every question and guided me through the purchase process , which included sampling the mattress which I ultimately purchased . I was delighted with her overall service which also included her offering me a coffee . It was the best experience I have enjoyed in similar stores .

Knowledgeable but gave you time to try things out, no hard sell.

from the moment we went in the staff were there to help. we weren't sure exactly what we wanted except just a new mattress. the lady was very helpful, friendly and very knowledgable. normally i wouldn't have lay on a bed to try it out but she put us right at ease and made us feel very comfortable, encouraging us to try them all and take our time, explaning the differences between them and asking what we were looking for in our mattress and how we slept. the overall experience was great and i would highly recommend the shop and the staff member.

I was making the purchase of a new bed for my daughter on my own. I usually buy large items like this with my husband but unfortunately he is in hospital just now recovering from cancer surgery. On hearing my situation, your sales assistant Gerry at your Clydebank branch went out of his way to help me. Went through everything in fine detail to make sure I was happy with my order & I was delighted when he told me that you offer a disposal of the old bed frame & mattress! As I have rheumatoid arthritis, I couldn't have organised this on my own. Absolute pleasure to shop in this store with such friendly helpful staff. When my husband comes home from hospital we will need to buy a much firmer mattress than the one we have, so we will be returning to your Clydebank store to buy one!
