We were very impressed by the help we received from dreams assistant.

Chris took the time and patience to explain the type of mattresses around the store. I was given a lovely mug of coffee and was allowed the time to look at them without a sales person following me about. When I had it down to two Chris again assisted in explaining their differences. I was encouraged to try the mattress as many times as I liked and at no time did I feel uncomfortable. All in all a pleasure to shop in this store. I would go as far to say Chris is a great asset to the company and the manager seemed to recognise this.

Assistant was very helpful and knowledgeable. You are able to deliver to my area at a reasonable cost. Good choice of potential products.

I GOT TO WALK OUT THE DOOR WITH 2 MATTRESSES AND NOT HAVE TO PAY FOR DELIVERY.

Greeted and attended to straight away. Display on shop floor immaculate and well laid out. Shown several type of beds that I was interested in (ottoman bed) and demonstrated on how easy to open them and amount of storage available. There was no hard sell and very accommodating with delivery time to suit.

Very friendly staff no hard sell, shop was very clean with a good layout, I mentioned to my wife what a difference when you get both friendly staff that couldn't be more helpful and a spotless shop.

Mark dealt with me at the store and he was great, I knew the bed I wanted and he helped me pick the right mattress. I got a great deal on bedding too. He didn't rush me to receive the bed as I had to decorate first. The bed came yesterday and the guys came and set it up for me, really nice, took their shoes off as well...when they didn't have to. Not slept in the bed yet, but I'm sure it will be great.

The service at shop and the delivery was superb. Everyone was so helpful and courteous highly recommend Dreams.
