As soon as me and my mother entered the shop we were made more than welcome. The customer service was excellent as in they offered me and my mother a coffie told us everything we needed to no try the beds they more or less pointed me in the rite direction for the bed I wanted now I just await my delivery on the 13th of January. Highly satisfied, with the knowledge and way we were dealt with by Gerry the Dreams colleague. Got time to look around without anybody following us around the shop. Found what we were looking for, dealt with promptly, with no hassle. Offered tea, coffee while waiting to have documents processed. Just hope the delivery goes as well. Well done Dreams!

The assistant was very knowledgeable throughout most of the transaction considering she has only been with the company two weeks, if there was something she was not sure of she did not hesitate to ask for the assistance of a college and they were both very professional.The assistant was very comfortable and attentive even offering both my husband and I hospitality. The girl helping (Kimberley Nixon) was very professional, although fairly new, she had good knowledge, she answered all questions we had, she identified the best mattress for us and showed us the range available. Kimberley was polite and very personable. We felt very comfortable dealing with her. We had a very positive shopping experience today. The manager was also very helpful in assisting and advising.
