the colleagues name was Gerry and he was very comfortable to deal with, he didn't pressure us and was very knowledgeable on the products we wanted. He also didn't try to sell us add ons, he mentioned them and their benefits but when I declined he respected my decision and left it at that. He was quick and efficient in dealing with our sale and I feel sure he was aware I was disabled and didn't keep me waiting unnecessarily/ Overall, despite thee product not being readoily available, it was a pleasure to do business with your store.

Rachel was highly knowledgeable when discussing my options for a new bed and was able to recommend the perfect bed for me extremely quickly. I left the store knowing that i had chosen the right bed and I'm very happy with the overall service I received in the store. Rachel also offered me tra and coffe while in store and was very friendly during my visit. I will definitely come back the same store for my next bed due to the exceptional level of service I received on my last visit.

I knew what I was looking for, however the assistance and advice was very appreciated. It was all taken care of speedily and professionally. Perhaps the delivery time could have been sooner but it has not impacted on my overall experience or my opinion of the service.

Helpful staff

I have purchased beds previously and have always found the staff most helpful. I particularly like that it is free delivery now, which hasn't always been the case. Also like the 40 nights test of the matress, to allow me to get used or (not) to my new matress.

Good friendly easy to talk to. knowledge of stock every good. Salesman Gerry very good. Kept supply of tea comeing. overall every pleasant experience.

We were greeted politely but given the space to look ourselves, and knew help was available when we needed it. Our kids were made to feel relaxed which let us roam and decide! We were even able to "borrow" the pillows we use at home, which helped also.

Good service, friendly staff, remembered me on my returned visit, even the staff that didn't assist me due to dealing with other customers. Order was quick and easy, notified us of brilliant 5/8 year guarantee of bed care. Will return for other products.
