Rachel was very helpful and genuine. I liked that I didn't feel intimated and as though I had to buy the extras.

We went into the Clydebank branch of Dreams and from the moment you went in to the point of you leaving you were made to feel that the only thing that mattered was you the customer and you don't really get a service like that anymore as for Gerry our sales advisor he was outstanding he made you feel at ease and didn't try to rush us into a selection when the selection was made it was then tailored to our needs so I will be recommending Dreams to my friends and family

Myself and wife had an idea of mattress we were after and the store manager Mark Daly was their to help us choose what was appropriate for our needs. Very friendly which made the purchase very easy and straight forward, no fancy sales talk like some bed stores in the area. A real credit to your company😁😁😁

A great mattress at a great price. What more do you need. Staff were great also Mark Daly could have sold ice to the eskimos😁 used the shop before for my daughters mattresses so knew to go back when needing a mattress for myself and wife.

Mark and Rachel were very attentive and had a welcoming demeanour. They also assisted myself as i'm disabled and made me feel welcome by being hospitical; indicating they put the customer at the heart of their business.

He certainly knew the product he demonstrated to us in order to come a decision on the correct one suitable for us. We were delighted with the whole experience and would recommend Dreams.

I have already ordered a new bed in November and went in to order new bedroom furniture and to ask for a delay on the delivery of my bed. After I explained my predicament, Gerry was very helpful and delayed my delivery. I also ordered my new bedroom furniture to coincide with this delivery.
