Dreams - Clydebank

Gerry the salesman at dreams Clydebank was very attentive, he listened to both myself and my partner. Offered advice when asked but also gave us time and privacy to discuss our options. Overall we're both delighted with the service.

When we arrived I store we where not pressurised into buying we were advised that if we wished to ask anything please feel free to ask we did and the sales assistant was very courteous and full of knowledge

The staff were all very friendly. Rachel helped give me information about the headboards available and them left me to look at them myself. When I needed assistance she came straight back over. She had good product knowledge and went out of her way to help me find exactly what I wanted. I also spoke to the Manager in passing and he was also very friendly.

It was easy the assistant went through it very well explained it all well

I was highly satisfied as the store is a very handy location for me. The staff were so friendly and knowledgeable. I was made to feel at ease and the whole process was a pleasure.

Thomas made me feel at ease when I entered the store offering me a cup of coffee as well as having a chat to find out my requirements in my mattress. He was very friendly and knowledgeable and showed me a few different mattresses explaining comfort grades and letting me try the mattresses with a pillow. Nothing was too much hassle and he had an answer for all my questions, sometimes shopping in a furniture store can be intimidating and today this was not the case. I was offered loads of additional services like taking my old mattress away, longer product cover, mattress protector, etc which I wasn't bothered about with it being for a spare bedroom but I was delighted to find out about the services which Dreams provide for any future visits. Thanks so much Robert and your manager who was also very kind and welcoming, great job!

Sales assistant friendly and helpful

Was greeted by Rachel who was able to find out our needs and guided through all options available.She was professionally and friendly without being pushy.

I was genuinely interested in buying a mattress anyway, but the service and friendly manner in which the salesman showed was first class. I was not rushed and he insisted that he supplied as much information as regards the products I was interested in, even though I had more or less an idea of the product I was wishing to purchase. The salesman even gave me a 'hands on' demonstration in the 'Tempur Booth' which confirmed what I had already thought of this product and made me confident in my purchase. He also gave me a coffee while he was explaining all the options available to me, which was a nice touch. All in all a painless experience and I look forward to receiving my mattress. First class service, thanks again.

Very friendly knowledge staff made us feel relaxed when looking for mattress and pillows due to having back problems no sales pitch which was great definitely go back and recommend.
