Well laid-out store with a good range of products and an interested and knowledgeable sales Person.

We were helped by Rachel in the Clydebank, Glasgow store - she was very helpful, knowledgable, offered us refreshments and was attentive.

Friendly, welcoming staff. Rachel took time to listen to what I was looking for and was knowledgable in recommending appropriate products. Other members of staff friendly and accommodating.

salesman Thomas and colleauges were so helpful and professional in and out with no problems at all delivery drivers were the same well done

Staff really friendly and helpful. Would have liked mattress to have been able to be delivered 2 days later and a weekday evening delivery option would have been good but this seems to be more down to delivery company than dreams. Everything else great

Thought the overall time, knowledge of product and advice that Gerry gave us on making a second purchase from this store, was excellent, he was friendly and proffesional at the same time, and the fact that the other members of staff also acknowledged us on arrival gives this branch a feel good factor, I would certainly recommend this store and company to others.

Staff are very friendly especially with my kids. Jerry who assisted us is very helpful and knowledgeable with the products. The service is excellent,was even given discount with the pillows.Received the product after 5 days due to availability in store!! Very happy with the product!Already recommended to friends!!
