The store staff were very friendly, knowledgeable and attentive throughout. Their product knowledge and advice as to all the relevant options was very good, no pressure stuff. Gerry was the chap the dealt with ourselves and he was very professional, explaining every stage as we went though making the final purchase. All in all, the Dreams experience was an excellent one and we will be recommending to our friends and family that they pay a visit to Dreams next time they are thinking of changing their Bed. Happy Customer experience!

Rachel, was a Dream Expert, who gave my husband and I her complete attention. She did not rush us and was very knowledgeable of all the various products available for purchase. Our purchase was made quickly and efficiently when we made our final choice. A dream of a buying experience.

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff, particularly Gerry, who dealt with my order....although he does need to type with more than 1 finger! Sorry Gerry! It was very entertaining watching though :-) Joking aside, he was extremely helpful and accommodating and dealt efficiently with my order from start to finish. Thank you.

The young assistant Rachel was friendly,very good with advice and knowledge of the ranges ,she made us feel relaxed and at ease when feeling a little embarrassed about testing out the beds.She had the correct balance of offering assistance and allowing us time to browse and take in the products,she also set up test of tempur experience, after which she further explained the benefits and let us test the range, very happy with service.

From the minute I enetered and both on my second visit with my Partner we were immediately made to feel welcome by being welcomed to the store by both Thomas and then Rachel and asked in the most courteous manner how they may assist us and indeed if we would like a cuppa or bottle of water. My partner was most impressed at this level and high standard of welcome. It must also be said that in the time there, everyone was welcomed in the same way. I on my first visit then we on the second, were allowed to peruse the products and when we sought advice and guidance, the high standard of professionalism and product knowledge shown by Thomas and Rachel, respectively, was absolutely exemplary. They're considerate demeanor and willingness to assist us knew no bounds throughout the whole sales process. Now, I did my shopping around and came back to Dreams Clydebank because of Thomas and Rachel to buy my bed today. At this point I met the store manager, Mark who assisted with some of my questions and once again, demonstrated the highest standard of integrity and professionalism in the most friendly manner. It is clear to me that Mark is passionate about the success of his store and it shows.

Both the manager and the assistant were friendly and we were made to feel welcome. We were offered refreshments and enjoyed our coffee. We explained roughly what we were looking for and we received helpful advice and given a demonstration of the brand , Tempur , and made our choice without feeling pressured.

Your Sales Representative , Gerry ,took the time to let me " try out " ,various types of Mattresses and also experience different Firm / Medium firm ones . There was no pressure felt by me to " make up my mind ". I narrowed it down to a choice of two . It was good to know ,that ,if by any chance I felt it wasn't the correct choice , I had 40 days to decide.
