The staff member sarahjane made our visit a very welcome one she was so pleasant and my trip for my purchase was great as she done all the work for me

WAS HELPED FINDING WHAT I WAS LOOKING FOR BY A VERY HAPPY TO HELP ASSITANT SARAHJANE

We visited the Clydebank store looking for a bed for my son. Sarah Jane greeted us as soon as we entered the store and asked us if we required assistance. My son showed her the bed he was interested in and she invited him to try it for comfort. He was given a pillow and advised to lay down so that her could experience the comfort of the mattress. The mattress he was looking at was not suitable and after discussing it with my son , Satrah jane showed him one that was better suited for his needs and comfort. Couldn't thank her enough. Absolutely superb customer service. When I went to pay, the whole family was offered a lovely cup of tea. Amazing. I wish every store could have this level of service. Will be back again and would highly recommend to friends and family.

Customer service brilliant, Sarahjane was superb, not just in her knowledge and friendliness but also very attentive to my 2 young kids who were with me. Having worked in retail management myself for 20 years, it means a lot when staff also pay attention to not just the customer but also their children. Sarahjane in my opinion is a valuable asset to your company with a bright future ahead of her.

We were in Clydebank store on Friday getting a new bed and we were served by Sarah Jane who was very helpful we bought king size bed and then realised we only have dobble mattress so we went back in on Saturday to add on a mattress and again Sarah Jane was amazing showed what was available in our price range.

I was highly satisfied because the store assistant (Sarah Jane) was amazing she was very helpful and had a lot of knowledge of the bed i bought she was lovely to talk to and was very pleasant throughout my visit to the store

Our sales person Sarahjane was both knowledgeable and a delight to be around. She answered our questions and found the answers to the ones she did not know. It was surprising to find that she had only been working for your company a week.

The store manager and staff at the Clydebank store was particularly very helpful and made our shopping trip easy . Going out of his way to help and work with us . A all round great store thank you .

I visited the Clydebank store yesterday and Rachel was very helpful in assisting me in my search for a new mattress.i returned today and and purchased a tempur mattress with the help of Thomas and Gerry. Dreams lived up to their promise and I saved £280 after finding an online retailer selling the same mattress cheaper and it is being delivered next week!! ....I thought I would have to wait much longer. There is no delivery charge unlike other stores I looked at and I have 40 nights to try the mattress and if it isn't suitable I can return it and pick another mattress. Many thanks .
