Customer service great, efficient staff and responsive to my needs. Will recommend dreams to my family and will always use the store. Stacey the member of staff was excellent and made me feel at ease and pleasant experience.

Lovely staff very helpful quick at putting order through

This is the second time I have shopped at Dreams for a bed. This time I was highly satisfied because Rachel was very helpful and friendly. She also knew about the beds and she had a lovely manner, very friendly and helpful. It appeared to have a pleasant atmosphere in the store. We were offered coffe / water and there was an avaialbility of drinks and snacks if people needed them. Bought a car recently but the expereince at Dreams was far more superior to that. The last time we shopped at Dreams the only problem we had was that our delivery date had been changed at short notice which we werent happy with as we had moved beds and furniture around. I get the impression that this will not happen again. I plan to go back next year to buy my grandson and grandaughter bunk beds and look forward to another pleasant experience at Dreams.

The visit was easy, Gerry was very friendly and gave us the time we needed to pick a bed and gave us information along the way but didn't hover with us too long. The buying process was good, very clear on out credit plan etc.

Mark took lots of time to help us choose the correct mattress for us. Helped us make an informed decision on our own based on his advice for how best to come to our decision. Mark was dilligent in his attempts to understand what makes us feel comfortable and advised accordingly.
