Dreams - Clydebank

I went to Dreams as I knew the sale was Finnishing that day. I was welcomed into the store by the assistant and was allowed to browse around the store with ease. After around ten minutes later the assistant then asked me if he could be of any assistance and I did as I didn't have a clue where to start . So the assistant asked me did I prefer a divan or bed frame he showed me a few different types then proceeded to let me try around six different mattresses describing each one to detail as we when through each one. Later I picked a bed frame and a mattress and was delighted with my purchase. I also have purchased cover for my bed frame as it is fabric and I was frightened that my cat would claw it but the assistant explained to me about the £45 cover for my frame if my cat did damage my bed frame witch I thought was very good value and peace of mind. Overall a great experience for me. I would recommend Dreams to anyone.

Mark the store manager listened to us and then spent time explaining everything fully to us assisting us to make our choice.

The assistant was very helpful and took the time to explain the difference between the mattresses.

The staff member we dealt with was friendly, he was not at all pushy or in-your-face, but was there offering advice and information. He was knowledgeable about the products and the difference between the bed types and styles.

My wife and I entered the store and after a few moments we were greeted to the store. We had a look around with the staff member named Mark who was a very good mix of friendly, professional and understanding of our needs. We spoke about what we were looking for and he showed us the difference between the different products in detail so we could make the correct choice. He was very patient and after deciding on what we wanted we spoke about prices and delivery. We felt under no pressure to complete the sale which I liked as we had been to a few other shops and the staff were either overbearing or not interested. We spoke about the different finance offers available and he made it really easy to understand as my knowledge in this field is very limited. On more than one occasion we were also offered a drink which I thought was a nice touch. Throughout the whole process we felt like the staff took very good care of us and although we seen products in other stores that we perhaps prefered prior to visiting Dreams, the customer service we received ensured we bought our bed from the store.
