it's very rare nowadays to enter a furniture store without being pestered constantly by staff. I was very pleased to find that in this store I was able to walk around, inspect items & get advice from staff without any of the usual hard sell nonsense. Genuinely friendly staff who would always make themselves available to answer my questions. Top marks! (Providing my bed arrives on time)

Staff member Gerry was quick to attend to us, he was warm and friendly, offered us drinks and wasnt pushy at all, he asked questions to understand our needs and let us test a variety of beds without hurrying us and was very knowledgeable

Dreams store in Clydebank. Highly recommended. It was the Manager who served us and he was very friendly and extremely helpful. He answered all of our questions and pointed out things that we didn't know about. I was also impressed that he didn't try to steer us towards dearer stock, but was quite happy to help us with the bed that we were interested in.

We found the staff member Amy at Clydebank to be very helpful and conscientious in assisting us as we had no idea how to go about choosing the right bed!
