Excellent customer service, very friendly and highly knowledgeful store assistant

On entering the store I was looking around and within a few seconds I as aproched be a member of staff and he was very help full I told him wat my budget was and he was fantastic I got the mattress I was happy with and the date of delivery Suted me so happy all round

Didn't feel pressurised and Stacey was very knowledgeable and professional

Michael the Dreams colleague was very helpful and explained everything clearly

Michael at Clydebank branch was courteous as was the female staff that took the time to keep my 15 month old son occupied - he was given a balloon and allowed to join us on the beds and mattresses we tried out. the staff were knowledgeable and explained the difference between mattresses. We were given different finance options and even given mattress protector and free pillows.....everyone likes something for free. He even explained the extra protection given the fact hat we explained we broke our last bed and we have a son who is climbing up on everything. A very helpful staff member.

We spoke with Amy and she was extremely professional and knowledgable about the products we were interested in. She had a really positive manner and nature and made it easy to do business with

The Assistant was very knowledgeable about Dreams products and understood my requirements (I was purchasing a bed for my son). His professional approach to helping me with my purchase gave me confidence to proceed with the sale without delay. I purchased my own bed from Dreams a few years ago and have been very satisfied with it.

Amy was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and gave us time to browse the shop first of all before approaching us with a lovely smile and helpful information about the beds we enquired about . On purchasing the bed Amy asked if we would like a tea or coffee or water which was very thoughtful .

The sales man Gerry from clydbank branch went over and above to meet our needs,could not be happier with our purchase
