Both of the salesmen, Mark and Gerry were very helpful and informative. Gerry made us feel at ease whilst selecting our mattress and we felt no pressure to make a decision or proceed with the purchase. We were also grateful for the specific delivery time slot.

On visiting the shop the assistant was very helpful, he explained about all the different types of mattresses, we were not pressured into taking the dearest one, he gave us a good choice

I was only intending to browse today but the staff at the store were very helpful and courteous and as there was a choice of when I could have the bed delivered, to suit my own requirements, I decided to go ahead and purchase the bed today.

Mark was very friendly and welcoming. He took the time to make sure I understood about the different types of mattress, let me try them out, so I was happy I was choosing the right one. Very chatty and offered tea/coffee; even allowing me to use the staff toilet. Also showed us the duvets, pillows etc on sale. Clearly explained the delivery with regards to timeslot, building the bed and taking old bed away. First class service!

The staff member Mark was friendly and helpful. He approached me and my partner as soon as we entered the shop and was on hand with information on what he thought we were looking for. He also gave us time to talk and think through what we wanted without putting pressure on us to buy. We were extremely happy with the service.

No pressure to buy, gave us the time we needed and the helpful information was there when we asked, could not have been any nicer. Tea and chocs on offer were a great treat to finish our day shopping.
