Dreams - Clydebank

We were greeted in-store by Gerry who took his time explaining various options on different beds/mattresses and special deals. He was very patient, friendly and professional and made our purchase of the double bed very straightforward.

The girl Stacy that dealt with us was absolutely brilliant very attentive really welcoming, explained everything to us and even asked if we wanted a coffee or tea x

the sale expert gave me a good selection to sho me and helped me get what i wanted while still staying in my budget.

Me and my partner are waiting for house keys with only a provisional move in date. We have recently visited the clydebank store and seen bedroom furniture that we liked. During the 1st visit, Gerry (staff) have answered all of our questions in regards to possible purchase of items and provided information that we haven't even considered. He was very helpful even after we mentioned that we might not finalise the purchase that day. After the 1st visit we agreed that items seen in dreams are of best quality in comparison to other items considered and good value for money. We returned to store after over a month and seen Gerry serving other customers. We wanted to complete the purchase with him as the service he provided us with on 1st visit was outstanding. Other staff members in the shop were very helpful while we waited for him and they have also been very understanding in regards to us wanting to complete the purchase with him. The store manager Mark have answered all of our questions while we waited on Gerry. The purchase experience itself was very easy and all aspects were clearly explained in detail. We were very happy with the customer service and the friendliness of all staff.

As a first time customer, my partner and I were treated very well in store. We had specific requirements for our bed and with the help of members of staff we were able to find exactly what we were looking for. Looking forward to having our new bed and mattress delivered in the near future!

I got the bed that suited my room and a good price . The manager and his assistant where so helpful and quick with there answers. My daughter also got a bed from same showroom. There after service was so good because it turned out to be faulty . Have had marks and Spencer's furniture and was not up to standard . I also like the 40 to 45 day and if the mattress is not suitable you will exchange . However , my mattress so far has been great . Overall the service in the showroom was excellent. Didn't have to wait and got served straight away .

the assistant Stacey was more than helpful. My husband is disabled and the mattress i wanted my husband to try was right at the back of the store, she brought the mattress right down to the front of the store and put it on another bed for him to try as he cannot walk far. She then asked him if he wanted tea or coffee or a bottle of water. I cannot praise the assistant enough.
