Rachel was very friendly and helpful on arrival. She listened to our needs and helped us find the perfect mattress to suit us. Very informative, wasn't trying to push us towards anything. She was brilliant and will definitely be returning to the store to purchase our ottoman bedframe.

Gerald the person who looked after me during my visit was attentive and knowledgeable. He asked me what I was looking for and showed me a number of mattresses that would suit my requests. He also showed me another bed which he thought I might like due to my responses after testing beds. I was offered a cup of tea and made to feel at ease while I made a decision on the mattress I wanted. I never at any time felt rushed or uneasy which allowed me to test and retest until I was satisfied with my choice. Once I made my choice he informed me about removal of old mattress, insurance cover, mattress protection, duvets and pillows which I took (except the duvet). This has made me feel at ease because I know if I have made the wrong choice I have up to 40 days to change my mind and choose another mattress.

Staff were readily available & were friendly, helpful & patient while we chose our mattresses.

Garry the assistant was very helpful and made me understand which matterss was best for me and what dreams offered

My wife and I were treated by Gerry In the Dreams Clydebank Store like VIPs’ on arrival he judged it just right to welcome us into the Store and when we needed assistance, etc. Because of how we were treated throughout start to finish in nice timing. WE WILL ENCOURAGE ALL TO SHOP AT DREAMS ON OUR EXPERIENCE.

The staff were extremely helpful with all my concerns regarding the products that I was purchasing.I was amazed at how quick dreams could deliver my beds mattresses and headboards The interest free credit was a fantastic deal for someone in my position and your colleagues explained in a very clear and precise manner how it all worked.I also got a discount of 5% on some of my order which was absolutely fantastic

Welcomed warmly by Rachel assistance offered but not pushed upon us but Rachel was available with advice when asked.we left to think about it & returned later where Gerry assisted us as he remembered us from earlier.store well set out signs easy to read & understand. A pleasure to shop at dreams.they also offered complementary tea & coffee,always a kind touch especially when it's freezing outside.

Gerry the assistant was very helpful without being over bearing. His help and product knowledge was vast and we found what we were looking for.

We wanted time to make a descision on which mattress was the best for both our requirements. We visited a couple of stores but returned to Dreams as they gave the best service and made us feel like valuable customers and not just picky customers. Lovely service and happy customers at the end of the day.

From start to finish Stacey was brilliant definitely new her stuff .
