I was highly satisfied when entering your Clydebank as Mark the assistant in that branch was very professional, welcoming and friendly. He had great knowledge of all the products was very efficient in relaying that information, after making us feel welcome and valued, Mark then allowed us time to browse the product we were interested in( mattress) making us aware of where he would be i if we needed more information ! I was extremely impressed by his customer service as he did not use any pressurised sales pitch, Marks approach was a breath of fresh air . I felt well looked after as customers and that Mark was visible and available to us, his approach definitely incouraged us to make a purchase from your store today as we felt he gave us the right amount of time to make that decision! He showed efficiency when completing the paperwork, offered us refreshments, and completed the purchase in a timely fashion, satisfactory to our needs as we didn’t have to sit around in the showroom Mark overal showed great knowledge of all the products and skill in completing the sales documentation, was professional and friendly and we would definitely shop in this store again. Thankyou.

Mark the store manager was extremely helpful, he wasn't to pushy about buying anything but he helped with what we were looking for and attended to our needs. I told him I suffer from back and neck problems and he recommended a specific pillow and mattress which may help with the issue and let me try it out.

Customer service from Stacey in the Clydebank store was exceptional. Explained the situation we had and ordered a bed , with he expectation we will be back in soon to order mattresses and pillows for our house when we get back into it .

My initial telephone inquiry was dealt with in a very helpful and professional manner and aided me to make the decision to visit the store to see what mattresses were available. Gerry, who offered to help us when we visited the store, was very informative and helped us to understand the different styles of mattress. We did not feel rushed into buying but felt confident about our choice and went ahead with the purchase. Gerry explained the delivery process and all the offers and conditions in a very clear manner - altogether a very pleasant experience....looking forward to the delivery of our new mattress.

The various options I had were fully explained to me in easy to understand language- no jargon. I was given ample time to decide and no pressure put on me. Felt I was listened to and my needs were being met.
