Very friendly. No pressure or hard sell and the sales team were very well informed and the sleep pod for the tempur mattress to try was excellent.

Gerry was extremely helpful and not pushy in any way. He listened to my needs although they may have been vague. I tried several mattresses without feeling self conscious. Cost, delivery and disposal of old mattress were all explained clearly.
