Assistant was able and willing to answer our questions and was friendly without being pushy.We were allowed time and space to decide what we required taking into consideration the information provided.

Stacey the sales girl was very knowledgeable and was very helpful with my purchase , I did not feel pressured into sale or by over selling of extras ie pillows etc.

First class service, friendly, helpful and professional. I would specifically like to praise Lesley with her nice attitude with customers and all of the above that I bought Bed and Mattress on the first visit to the store.

Very good choice of items to look at and information available about products very good. Staff member Rachel was very helpful in helping us choose the right mattress and with the additional items we needed. Purchasing was very simple and quick - all in all a very nice experience.

I found my whole experience fantastic and Gerry was very knowledgeable. I was given a cup of tea and given a lot of information to help make the right decision. I got a great sleep straight away when I slept in my new bed :)

Gerry the sales rep was very helpful in helping us choose the best mattress for us his knowledge was great and also introduced us to Lesley the new start and asked us if it was okay for her to follow our purchase which was very considerate also it was very nice to be offered tea/coffee/water on our visit thanks

On both visits we spoke with gerry turner and he was friendly helpful and very proffesional.

The member of staff (Stacey) was very helpful. Listened to our needs and explained the difference between items and advised on best products for our requirements. She was very friendly and professional and was not pushy (which I do not like in any sales person)
