Dreams - Clydebank

My husband and I have just returned from Canada and have purchased a flat in Bearsden. We really needed to purchase a bed before moving into the flat which takes place within a week. Nathan our Dreams Colleague played a vital part and is an excellent sales person. He managed to make everything happen and we will certainly deal with him and your company again in the future. We will also pass on how greatly we were received by this company to other friends. As far as we are concerned Nathan deserves 100% credit for this transaction. Our assistant Stacey was lovely. When I went in I told her what I was looking for and she took us straight to the relevant products and gave us all the information we needed, material, price etc. She was very helpful and patient while we debated the choices she gave us. We also had a chat and a bit of a laugh with her - a small thing but it makes a world of difference. We enjoyed our visit there and look forward to receiving our purchase.

Delivery arrangements to Ross-shire no problem. Extra bag for mattress supplied on request as bed and mattress have to be transported by open boat.

Mark the assistant who dealt with our requirements was very knowledgeable on the product very helpful and cheerful we were even offered tea, coffee or water to drink as soon as we entered the store.

Both Mark and Gerry were great at explaining the comfort system and all the differences with in the products, they took all our needs into consideration including our price bracket they went over and above what we expected.

The Sales Assistant Gerry was very informative and not pushy. He gave us time to look around before jumping in and asking if we needed help. I hate being approached before I get a chance to look. Dreams Sales Assistants gave you time to look and were never far. Not a pushy sale which really puts me off. Gerry knew all his stuff and even arranged a discount on spring pillows which we appreciated. Nicest salesman I have met in a while and very easy to deal with. I would come back to Dreams and seek him out for the next bed purchase.

Mark was welcoming, friendly and put me at ease. I was not looking forward to trying out the mattresses, however he made it relaxing and comfortable. He spent a lot of time with me informing me of my choices, and i felt that there was no pressure . Mark is the stote manager and he juggled his role well as a sales person/manager. Very happy with the service I received today and I look forward to my new bed which is being delivered much more quickly than I anticipated

The sales person was very informative and we didn't feel under too much pressure to make a decision quickly.
