Gerry from the clydebank branch was very friendly and understood what we wanted out of a mattress, his knowledge was second to none and outstanding, very friendly manner and we would highly recommend everyone to go to him. He gave us the best advice going from mattress to mattress trlling us everything about each mattress we tried which made it a lot easier for us to decide on the correct mattress for us when placing our order. May we thank Gerry for everything he has done, some people may think he was only dking his job but we disagree, Gerry took the time to listen to us and understood exactly what we were looking for.

I have been very satisfied because I have found that what I looking for and customer service was exceptional (fast, friendly, professional)

This was my second purchase from dreams in recent months the customer service I received each time has been fantastic. Gerry has helped me with my purchase each time and I value the time he has given not being pushy but genuinely helpful. He has the balance right . Customer service is a main priority for me . My personal bug bare is when you enter a shop and your continually hounded and not left in peace to look , it has the opposite effect and it makes you want to leave without looking and the adverse effect is no purchase . Within dreams in Clydebank I am highlly satisfied with the overall service I receive which I hope you let the store be aware of this . It’s great for staff moral to know that they are being noticed and appreciated .

Customer advisor answered all the questions and offered details for me to change any of the order details with ease, if these need amending

Upon arrival the greeting from the staff was very friendly and made you feel that you were not going to be pressurised into purchasing. They had a charity event going on and were dressed in Pj's to get really into the event. Lesley, our customer advisor was absolutely lovely and spent a lot of time with us making sure that we got what we were looking for. Her colleague Mark was equally friendly and very knowledgeable with the products. Having great customer service like this made it an extremely gratifying day for both of us and were more than happy with our purchases.

I was uncertain about mattress firmness but know I can change it within 30 days. The bed isn’t coming until June 9th however .... the first bed I have bought as a widow😭

Mark was very helpful and nice. We tried different mattresses and I had entered the shop being a bit stressed since I find it quite difficult to find a mattress I like. He helped us through all the process and advised us and we found the perfect one. I had never felt so comfortable on a mattress before! It was difficult to choose the sofa bed and the bed without seeing them in the exhibition, especially for the lack of sofa beds to try and see. We were shown them very carefully and patiently by Mark, which helped a lot, but being able to see the three basic different mechanisms at the shop would have made it easier.

After giving up looking at beds in different stores yesterday, as the price and the waiting times for the delivery was ridiculous we decided to go for something to eat before we headed home. By accident we seen your store but as the time was 5.30pm and was due to close in half hour we thought we would just have a quick look, well are we glad that we did from the moment we entered the shop a lovely man named Mark came straight over to us and mad early us feel really welcome, we had a quick look round and straight away I seen a bed that I fell in love with, mark told us everything that we needed to know about the bed, at that point I noticed the time and told him that we was aware that he was due to close and that we would come back the following day, Mark was brilliant he made us feel so special and that the time was not an issue so thanks to Marks fantastic customer service we ended us leaving with a beautiful bed which is being delivered in 2 weeks and we was even offered a cup of tea. As myself and my husband both work full time and have stressful jobs we both wished we had gone to your store first then we could have had the rest of the day relaxing, thank you Dreams and Mark
