Gerry was absolutely brilliant. He listened to what I wanted and understood that I was moving so I had a budget. He also explained the 40 nights test and that set my mind at ease about 'what if I have bought the wrong mattress?" All in all a very enjoyable experience.

I found the salesman very helpful with advice and I was not put under any pressure in any way timewise to make a decision on my purchase

Lesley was very friendly, put us at ease, incorporated our budget and helped us to find what we were needed quickly.

When we first entered the store we were greeted politely by the Staff and allowed to wander and browse round the products throughout the store without being harassed, we were offered something to drink whilst we browsed and once we had chosen our bed frame Lesley our assistant let us try out several mattresses and explained the different options that were available to us in store, but we were not pressured into any one in particular and allowed to make our own choice.

The shop assistant was very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful throughout our time in the store and did everything she could to help us find what we were looking for. Even when we thought we might leave to think about it and come back later she remained helpful and friendly

Colleague said hello as soon as in store very friendly said to ask if needed any help while we looked round, told us about mattress types, once picked mattress told us different beds we had an idea of and got prices for all different ones, explained everything in detail while made purchase

What was bought was half the price of similar item else where the the staff where very helpful and friendly
