Dreams - Clydebank

Good location, easy free parking, cleanliness, good range of products to suit all but mostly about the staff. The assistant, Gerry, took time to understand what I required and was particularly knowledgeable about the various types of mattress. He explained in a way that I could understand which enabled me to make a decision more easily. He was very welcoming and friendly without being annoyingly intrusive and gave us time to consider and discuss on our own once he had explained everything. He also worked to enable me to get the most discount and explained the detail of the extended guarantee. I don't usually buy these but this one sounds good value for the money and helped give me some assurance on protecting the mattress.

Ordered my dream tv bed today! Mark spent alot of time with us while we made the right choice of bed while we had 3 kids with us ....they had some Peppa pig to watch on the tv bed they really enjoyed that. Mark was very helpful in every way offered us water or tea or coffee. After a long time of desicion making we definetly made the right choice. And will definetly be recommending dreams . Thank you looking forward to my new bed coming next week!

The girl who helped me was absolutely BRILLIANT, she was helpful, friendly, knowledgeable, not pushy and a pleasure to speak to. She was very good at her job, both me and my friend told her this at the time. She is an asset to your company. On top of this I am really happy with the deal I got and can't wait to get my bed :-)

I was well impressed with the welcome we received on entering the store. We were offered a refreshment. My wife chose water and Gerry made me a cracking cup of coffee. We browsed at leisure without the constant annoyance which I find in many stores and when asked the staff provided excellent advice and had an in depth knowledge of the products. When we had made our decision completing the necessary paper work was smooth and very efficiently completed. I have purchased beds and mattresses from Dreams before and will always make them my first choice of shop. I'd like to give a special mention to your staff in the Clydebank shop as both were really friendly.

A new Bedding store has just opened a short distance away. We were needing two new single bed mattresses so we decided to call into "Dreams" first with the intention of comparing prices. We were so impressed with the service and "Offers" we did not bother calling into the other store and made our purchase there and then. Laurence Friel
