Good customer service, friendly and helpful. good knowledge of products.

The sales assistant wasn’t over bearing but in hand and very helpful when we required assistance. The Store was peaceful and tidy and well laid out.

Customer advisor Mark was great! Very friendly and chatty and extremely helpful. I came into the store about 10 minutes before closing time to have a browse and he spent almost a full hour after closing time just giving me information on beds and asked me a lot of questions to find me the best deal he could within my price range.

Nathan in you Clydebank store is an absolute gem. He kept us informed and he was curtious throughout, an asset to your company. I would poach him for my company...

Staff Lesley was very friendly, explain to my 17 old son all the befits of the mattresses within the shop as he has been complaining of a sore back for a while now.

The staff were very friendly and helpful in assisting us with the item that we purchased today, the quality and price of the item was very good considering it was an ex-display model.

it is difficult choosing pillows/mattresses etc and this visit (and assistance provided) made it all seem as easy as possible.

Last year I bought my wardrobe from Dreams in Clydebank, and the service was so good that I went back for my new bed this year. It was the same manager Mark, and the experience was excellent again. It was great timing too, because the drawers to match my wardrobe were in a sale, so I bought them too - I couldn't afford them last year so that was great. All in all a really good store - highly recommended.

The assistant was patient, knowledgeable and helpful.
