We knew what product we wanted to look at and once the assistant knew we were shown to the tempur booth to get the full experience and it was excellent. The products were then explained to us fully and was treated very well and even was offered tea and coffe which was a bonus and gave us time to decide, nice touch

Staff very helpful shop was clean Lesley knew what she was talking about bought a mattress here about 6 months ago so knew imwere to go for the other mattress.

My experience was extremely pleasant and the staff I found to be helpful and kind, offering refreshments. My visit was to my pace and I did not feel as if I was being pressured in to buying anything I did not want. I would definitely recommend dreams to my family and friends. Gerry the assistant read through all the paperwork to make sure I understood everything that had been said .

The friendly and knowledgeable staff member. I was not rushed and was given a few choices apart from the bed I had come in to see.

Being greeted at the store from warm friendly staff especially Lesley thank you also offered a drink and allowed to browse with out any pressure very satisfied

I bought a mattress for my granddaughter, she liked it so much I had to go back and get another for my other granddaughter.

Lesley the assistant was brilliant. This lady would make any rainy day sunny as she did for us today. She is a huge asset to your Company and firmly believes in the quality of the product she sells. Her customer care qualities are amongst the best I have ever encountered and I have been on this earth for over Sixty eight years. Not to mention the coffee which was very tasty. Her colleague Mark was also very nice and helpful. We will be back again in the future. Very impressed overall.

Nathan was an absolute gem. He spent so much time helping us find the right product. I would definitely recommend coming to see Nathan again in the future. He is very knowledgable and was very patience with us. Went in to only buy a mattress however he helped us find the right pillows, mattress protector and recommended the Dreams cover protection. Thanks again Nathan, hope he gets the recognition he deserves. :)

The assistant was a very helpful young man, who helped me pick out what I was looking for He gave me advice on things I didn't understand about buying a bed. The advice seems to be accurate. Going by the reviews I have read about my purchase.
