Lesley your colleague could not have done a better job in meeting our requirements. She was exceptional! She was knowledgeable about the products and was in no way “pushy”. She encouraged us to take our time in our product selection and was very patient. This has made us confident that we have made the right choices in our product selection. Staff very friendly and informative. Good knowledge of all products. Not pushy and given plenty of time to decide on whether or not to purchase. Did not come across as 'salesmen', very down to earth.

We were attended to by the customet serviceman called Nathen who was as helpfull as we could have wished for from offering coffee to providing a pillow to test several matterres, he also explained the cost and deliveriy very clearly very helpfull young man.

The two men who we dealt with was very helpful. Couldn't fault them on anything

We were welcomed coming into the branch after a few minutes the same boy came and asked us if he could help in any. He was very patient with us and explained mattresses to us in a way we could understand with no pressure of a sale.

Because the assistant Lesley made us feel very comfortable and as I have a disability she went out of her way to make sure that the bed I was buying suited my needs.

Good variety of beds and mattresses , got the bed we were looking straight away. Lovely atmosphere and friendly staff.
