Dreams - Chesterfield

I pre booked an appointment at the store. On arrival only one member of staff in store who had mistakenly assumed another customer in store was me. I had to wait quite a long time until the staff member was able to help me, even then she constantly walked away. I had to look for the mattresses I wanted to try without any assistance finding them. On purchasing a mattress the computer froze and I then had to wait whilst a telephone call was made to IT to try and rectify the matter. Was in store for over an hour which is too long purely due to poor service.

I was told there was an offer of one of the two £85 pillows we purchased was half price but when I received the invoice by email there is 10% off one pillow so £8.50 rather than £82.50. This is not acceptable when we have spent over £2000!

I didn't have any problems

We wewre extremely satisfied with our experience at Dreams Chesterfield. The only issue was that the item we wanted to purchase was only available at other stores too far for us to consider visiting. \However the staff were excellent and we were confident about placing an order with them.

Totally satisfied, Little bit surprised at 3 weeks delivery and I cannot comment on the quality until its delivered though it looked good in store hence the reason the order was placed
