The customer service from the sales person was the main reason

staff were quick, helpful, knowledgeable, and made a proper cup of tea

The staff were welcoming and knowledgeable using the sleep analysis machine to identify the beds that were most suitable for us. Then showing us each of the choices. We have been putting of buying bed for a number of years, but buying a new bed from Dreams was so easy and pleasant experience.

Nothing was too much trouble

Sales person who helped us was very knowledgeable and not pushy . Nothing was too much trouble. It makes a change to be helped and also left time to think.

From entering the store the assistant couldn't have been more helpful. He asked pertinent questions to find exactly what we were looking for and showed us suitable mattresses. The overall cost and delivery was excellent.
