The girl Who Dealt with this had problems with knowing the prices of the mattresses couldn’t get the computer to show us the right to bed. The pay machine didn’t work properly and your staff complain to us about it. The man who I would say was the manager did not seem happy in his job. He kept watching the girl as she was serving us which made us feel very uncomfortable. The girls seemed happy but didn’t seem to know her job very well Which she said herself she was having a bad day.

I shopped at the new store in chesterfield. I think the team are still building their skills and appear over anxious to help. While placing the mattress order we were interrupted and the manger was asked to complete another order because the assistant didn’t feel confident to complete that process. The young man knew how to finalise our order and did so competently, the only issue I have is that I would prefer not to be called ‘darling and sweetheart’ the young man was professional enough without having to use terms of endearment. Thank you

I’ve ordered a bed frame only, it’s in your premium range at the cost of £700 but isn’t available until the first week in March, very disappointing the shop was excellent and the staff were knowledgeable.

I ordered a divan base with 4 draws on receiving a email IT stated the order was for 2 draws this is not what I ordered.

The gentleman which served me was miserable and unhelpful in finding me a mattress for the price I wanted to pay, wasn’t to happy with the time I had to wait for the delivery.

Attitude of some members of staff grumpy faces and not helping much with there colleague who helped me buy my mattress. Not a very good show from your company. Also I have to wait over two weeks for delivery which seems long.

I pre booked an appointment at the store. On arrival only one member of staff in store who had mistakenly assumed another customer in store was me. I had to wait quite a long time until the staff member was able to help me, even then she constantly walked away. I had to look for the mattresses I wanted to try without any assistance finding them. On purchasing a mattress the computer froze and I then had to wait whilst a telephone call was made to IT to try and rectify the matter. Was in store for over an hour which is too long purely due to poor service.
