I was not highly satisfied because of the delivery date is over a week. And the lack of variety of beds in the shop

Price was high, best delivery was two weeks.

Not sure if I've paid too much for the two Tempur pillows at 99GBP each.

The prices were higher than we expected, however we were very pleased with the members of staff in store and were able to purchase what we required. Sales people were friendly and knowledgeable without being pushy, and allowed us space and time to come to our own decision

Small store so lack of items on show. Prices quite high.

Had to place 2 separate orders as 1 product was not able to be delivered with same order

The range of beds eg. dunlopiiow not available. Foam and spring available.

Well set up shop clear prices on products inviting service from the lady’s working explains everything we needed to know and helped us make a decision on what would suit us best which means a lot when spending a lot of money

The headboard style I wanted wasn't available for the bed I wanted, so I didn't buy a headboard (which I had intended to do. The assistant didn't offer insurance; I had to ask for it, and then the order had to be amended. There were sweet wrappers under the desk of the assistant.
