It was a great service however 2 members of staff stood right at the door talking only said hello and someone from somewhere else came to assist us but no appointments were being made that day. The lady who served us was polite and really helpful which is great for me as I use a wheelchair and have to transfer so with proper assistance this means not having to tire out doing this multiple more times than need. You advertise taking a mattress away but aren’t told this is an additional cost. The quickest delivery was also over a month away, my parents ordered the same mattress in a double not a king and only had to wait a week and a half.

I asked if Dreams were supportive of discount for front line workers, the answer was only for the forces , which doesn’t make sense , there’s not many stores that do not support with discount Many thanks Tracy Chapman
