I did not expect to have to pay so much for a single bed. The high price was my only criticism.

Very satisfied. I had seen a bed, good quality online, came into the shop, fell in love with the bed next to it (for our son away at UNI). Great quality product. Great service by your more than competent staff member, can't fault the service we received. Our only grip is 8 to 12 weeks waiting for the bed to come. I would have expected 2 to 3 weeks. We were hoping to have the bed ready for December in the event our son can return home from UNI. He may be sleeping on a mattress on the floor. We could have gone elsewhere, however we love the bed and the quality so we will have to wait, and just hope the delivery is sooner rather than later.

In retrospect, the experience was satisfactory, it’s just that buying beds was not particularly enjoyable as the beds and mattresses are for Our holiday let and not for personal use.

The advisor listened to us at the beginning and had a good understanding of what we were looking for and so showed us some products we did like. However I like to browse and see what is available with whatever I’m buying and I didn’t feel free to do this. It is understandable given the current social distancing guidelines but it made it a stressful experience for me.
