Was slightly disappointed with the sleep simulator and had to resort to trying pretty much every mattress

I was satisfied with my experience.

Only because we could not view the item we were interested in.

No delivery option on the mattress of choice so will have to arrange collection from the store ourselves

I enjoyed the experience. However, I picked a mattress that I really liked. Only to be advised it was £1,249.00. Which was not in my price range. It would have been better if the advisor made me aware of the price of the mattresses at the start of the process.

Colour options for the basic range of headboards are very limited. I had to choose from the more expensive fabrics which was more than I had intended to spend on a spare room. The only reason I purchased from dreams was because the sales assistant was so nice.

The only issue we had was that the member of staff who served us maybe should have asked us how we would like to pay once we had made the decision to purchase the items we had chosen . Then informed us we would need two proof of I.D. for the finance . I know this is only a small issue but thought it mite help others.

System crashed twice had to come back the next day. It then crashed again and I had to order over the phone which was a pain

Finance issue where there should not have been an issue.
