Welcomed by Amy straight away and assisted with using the machine to help determine the best type of mattress. Katie then assisted in showing us the beds recommended for us and described the beds very well. We were given time to ourselves in sampling and mulling over before making a decision. Store Manager Claire was very helpful in explaining the pillows of choice for us as well as in assisting with discussing the finance option.

We were greeted immediately and professionally when we entered the store. The products were described fully and there was a good choice in our price range. We were checked up on after being allowed to wander and test. All our questions were answered satisfactorily. We got the delivery date we requested and could pay the way we wanted to.

Great attention to detail by Chris, liked the bed assessment for the Tempur Mattress System. We purchased the mattress recommended by Chris and the pillows. Great service and we would refer friends based on the service level given. Kind regards Ian & Julia Bradley

Made to feel right at home! Got on the bed to tell us what mattress we needed and Katie very kindly made us a drink and talked us threw everything nothing was an inconvenience for her!

Helpful and friendly

The store colleague welcomed us into the store and the let us look round the different options that are available. He let us do this at our own pleasure. When we were ready to discuss the options that were available he came over n stalked through the different mattresses that were available and the bed frames that were available. He helped measure the bed frames to make sure that they would fit in my room.

Friendly staff - but get them some nicer uniforms ....

Chris the sales assistant was very friendly and helpful without being pushy or overbearing. He listened to our requirements and advised us of the most suitable products.
