Staff were attentive and friendly, not pushy and provided the information we needed when we asked for it

Excellent service and customer service the gentleman was very knowledgeable, the store was very clean and well set out as I am a wheelchair user I would certainly recommend the Chesterfield store

was not pestered by sales assistant all time allowed to browse unhindered plenty of information when needed

Greeted as we entered but not pressured, offered tea or coffee then left us to browse after pointing out the products we wanted to view. A few minuets later returned with 2 pillows and later was available to answer questions, Payment made and left, all very pleasant.

The assisted staff member very knowledgeable and friendly was offered drinks and made us feel at ease was very efficient and understanding. Explaining things very well and was able to offfer what we needed

Drew at the Chesterfield branch gave us all the time and information that we needed to purchase these very important items. He was knowledgeable on the products and did not pressurise us to make a decision. He also gave us time on our own to process the information before we made a choice.

We had an appointment and were given personal attention throughout. We were given a friendly welcome and coffee. We were given a lot of information and time to try different beds, all in all a very positive experience. We are looking forward to the delivery of our new mattress and it is good to know that if for some reason we are not happy with it we can change it.

My assistant Katie was extremely helpful and friendly and she made me feel very happy as we chatted as we processed my order. She even carried my pillows to the car for me. I would recommend Dreams in Chesterfield to anyone

From the moment we entered the Chesterfield Store we were greeted by Rav who was friendly and courteous. He offered us tea/coffee and took us to the bed analysis sleep match. We were looking for a single bed for our adult disabled son. Rav was extremely professional and met my son’s needs and we were able to purchase a bed suitable for our son’s needs. Rav explained the purchasing process step by step offering a discount and warranty for the bed frame and mattress. Rav displayed great patience showing us the different styles of beds and colours and urging us to try the different mattresses.
